favorite things at camp
we hosted the summer staff at a season roundup at our home over the weekend. after a great meal, the staff shared a song that capture the memories of 7 good weeks at camp this year at phoc. not only do they have great hearts…creative minds and pretty good voices too! wondering what memories you have from camp?
gurus of tech olypmics
a few weeks back we took the tech crew and headed down to louisville, ky to southeast christian for the gurus of tech conference. it was a great gathering of tech folks from around the midwest. so appreciated the hearts of our hosts to make the time memorable. all through the conference there were some great competitions between various tech areas. here’s a clip from the “load-in” and sound guys. no equipment was damaged (too much) in this exploit.
don’t fool with adult leaders…
i was going through some of the video that we shot during d2s09 last month and stumbled on this little short. i need to find out how the issue was resolved, but i’m guessing the students didn’t clearly understand their own self-interest. the leader, jackie, pictured in the video has a great heart and a great sense of humor so i’m confident that she created a memory or two herself. enjoy.
