community trade:drink coffee. do good.

at story 09 there were many good folks.  had a chance to have a great conversation with erin leigh patterson about the amazing work the land of a thousand hills coffee is doing to take their passion about coffee and leveraging it for  a larger purpose.

they take our act of consumption and use it to make a difference through social justice and cultivating a third place community.  they have invested in a post-genocide nation and helped to establish Rwandan coffee communities so they can become a vibrant picture of opportunity and sustainability.  so cool.
