recently i presented a conversation at the local rotary club on the impact of social networking. rotary, like many local networking groups/civic clubs they are facing a radical shift in answering the “why” of their existence. in large part because of the way the world has turned. in a recent conversation at the weekly meeting members were broken into smaller affinity groups. the outcome was a common question: what value does being a member of ______ (you fill in the blank) add to your life? its a question that many are asking. what do you think?
