this past weekend i taught in big church about the importance of sharing our stories. stumbled on this amazing story over on Grover Bradford’s blog d64life. this story is one more touchpoint on how out of our persevering in where God is taking us, we can offer our story to encourage others. like grover , i’ve not been a regular follower of American Idol. The telling of our story is important. i’m sure the producers had some inkling of what might be up…with Chris Medina and the power of his story. Chris was engaged to marry Julian Ramos…and two months prior to the wedding she sustained a traumatic brain injury. am grateful for Chris’ honesty as he walks with his best friend.
